Refund policy
Silver Soul Jewelry has completely hand-made products. Therefore, there may be slight imperfections with your piece. Similar to a beautiful piece of pottery, we believe that these imperfections truly enhance the beauty and uniqueness of each piece. Silver Soul always works to create the most beautiful pendant possible. However, since each piece is custom, we are not able to provide refunds. If the error was our mistake, we will fix it immediately.
If there is an error, please contact us at danielle@silversoul.ca. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and make it right.
